Lisa M. Santelli-Parr, PAFM

Lisa M. Santelli-Parr joined FHHP in 2019 and serves as Executive VP Operations, providing firmwide leadership across operations, finance, and administrative functions. She is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and aligning business processes to support the firm’s strategic objectives and client service standards.

With a results-driven approach, Lisa has led initiatives that streamline workflows, improve cost management, and enhance overall firm performance. Her leadership has contributed to measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and service quality. She is recognized for her ability to translate strategy into execution and build operational structures that support long-term growth.

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in financial management, business operations, and organizational leadership across multiple industries, including construction, logistics, and food distribution. Her diverse background enables her to apply best practices and disciplined operational oversight in a professional services environment.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, in 2013, she published Parrtelli: Just Desserts, A Blended Family’s Favorites, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to family, creativity, and community.

Beyond the firm, Lisa is deeply committed to her family and community. She and her husband reside in Washington Township with their 5 children and 3 grandchildren.  Lisa is the founder and president of the Naz Regalbuto Scholarship Foundation, which has awarded more than $75,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors at Washington Township High School. She also founded and organized the Naz Regalbuto Walk for Pancreatic Cancer, raising over $30,000 in support of pancreatic cancer research.
