James D. Hammerstedt, CPA

James D. Hammerstedt began his career in public accounting in 1988 in Boston, Massachusetts. Jim joined FHHP in 1991, became a partner 2001, and Jim was named Managing Partner in 2018. Jim’s major focus is in the areas of commercial construction, professional service organizations, real estate development, agriculture and related services, hospitality and logistic operations. He has assisted many clients in mortgage and business restructuring, tax minimization strategies, mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, and complex banking transactions. Jim resides in South Jersey where he spends free time enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
